Q. How much will shipping cost on my order?
Shipping is free on all Hockeytrain.com Package orders. Shipping costs are calculated in real time in the checkout.

Q. What service does your company use to ship orders?
Depending on the order, we use a combination of UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ship our product(s).

Q. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Typically most orders arrive within 5 business days. Expedited shipping is available and additional costs are involved. Please call +1 (952) 746-0034 to make any special shipping arrangements you may need.

Q. How will I know when to expect my product(s)?
Once your product(s) are shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing shipping tracking numbers.

Q. Not all my products were delivered?
This is normal on orders with multiple items since products are often shipped from different locations. If all your products do not show up within 7 business days, please e-mail us at info@hockeytrain.com.

Q. When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged once your entire order has been shipped.

Q. Do you ship to Canada, Alaska or Hawaii?
Yes, but additional shipping fees will apply. E-mail us at info@hockeytrain.com to receive a free shipping quote. Be sure to include the product(s) you wish to order and your shipping address including the postal/zip code in the email.
