The 6" Foam Plyo Box is a great off ice hockey plyometric training device. Constructed of high density foam and covered with a durable 18oz. vinyl on the sides and 30oz. non-skid vinyl on the tops and bottoms. Foam plyo boxes have handles for easy transporting and Velcro® straps for stacking. Foam plyometric boxes allow hockey players to train to their max with a built in safety factor since there is no metal or wood inside the plyo box. Common off ice hockey training exercises with foam plyo boxes include step ups, box squats, one legged lunges and more.
