The 18" Foam Plyobox is an excellent off ice hockey training aid for hockey players looking to build leg power. Built with high density foam and covered with a durable 18oz. vinyl on the sides and 30oz. non-skid vinyl on the tops and bottoms these plyoboxes are built to handle abuse. Easy to use handles allow for easy transporting and Velcro® straps allow plyoboxes to stack on top of each other. By using foam as a base in our plyoboxes, hockey players can take their off ice plyometric training to another level without worrying about causing damage to their shins from missing a jump.
