- We hate spam! Hockeytrain does NOT sell or rent our customers names, addresses or e-mail addresses to anyone.

Quantity Pricing & Discounts
- Any sizes or colors of any one type of product (i.e. - Rick-O-Shay Goal Blocker) may be combined to qualify for our quantity prices.
- For example - an order for 3 Attack Triangles and 3 Attack Triangle Pro's qualifies for the "6 or more" quantity prices.
- Quantity discounts may not show on your order form but will be reflected in your final shipping invoice.

- Prices in this catalog are subject to change without notice. Please e-mail US if you have any questions about prices.
Shipping Information
- United Parcel Service (UPS) and the US Postal Service (USPS) are our standard methods of shipment to all areas within the Continental U.S.
- Most orders ship out the same business day (M-F) received.
- FREE SHIPPING - We pay the shipping cost on all Hockeytrain.com training aid package orders to destinations within the continental United States (lower 48 states). All orders totaling $139.95 and over qualify for free shipping within the continental United States (lower 48 States)
- There is a $9.95 shipping charge on all other orders to be shipped to destinations within the continental U.S. (lower 48 states).
- International orders and orders will take longer. We will contact you by e-mail if we have any questions regarding your order, or if there will be a significant delay in processing your order.
- Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories will be billed at the actual shipping cost.
- Shipments going to APO's, FPO's and P.O. Boxes will be shipped via the US Postal Service regardless of shipping option chosen.

Shipping Methods / Options -- Domestic (USA)
- We use UPS, FED EX and the US Postal Service to ship to most addresses in the continental US. If you are unable to recieve packages using either of these services please let us know when you place your order.

International Shipping Options
- We ship to all US addresses, including military addresses (APO, FPO) and US Territories. **FOR CANADIAN ORDERS PLEASE CALL 507-313-1481
- We do not ship to any other international destinations. All addresses outside of the US48 pay the exact cost of shipping.
- NOTE: When ordering on-line our website applies an average shipping cost for the shipping method you choose. We will adjust the cost before your credit card is charged.
- Please feel free to contact us for a shipping estimate.
- We ship via UPS and USPS Airmail.
- OUTSIDE THE USA -- FREE Shipping is not available outside of the US48. You pay the exact cost of shipping your Air Package. Since exact cost cannot be determined until your order is ready for shipment and shipping cost vary greatly by destination and weight, the charges shown in the table below and on your invoice represent the "Average Cost" of shipping a sample package using the service you select. Your credit card will be charged exact cost of shipping your order. If your cost exceeds the "average" by more than 15% you will be contacted via e-mail to approve the shipping charges.
Use of Products
- All of our products are designed for use in the United States. It is your responsibility to use them in compliance with all local laws. Some restrictions may apply. Not all items can be shipped by all methods or to all addresses.
Reporting Damaged Goods or Lost Shipments
- DAMAGED shipments and/or packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery.
- Please e-mail us at orders@hockeytrain.com or call us at 1-888-229-3465 in case of damaged or lost shipments.
Returns & Exchanges
- Return any unsatisfactory item within 30 days of the invoice date for credit to your account, exchanges, or adjustment. After this date the manufacturers' warranty applies.
