International Shipping Options
- TO OBTAIN AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER QUOTE PLEASE COMPLETE THE ONLINE REQUEST FORM.
- We ship to all US addresses, including military addresses (APO, FPO) and US Territories.
- We ship via USPS and UPS Internationally. Buyer is responsible for any customs / brokerage / taxes associated with these orders.
- We do not ship to any other international destinations. All addresses outside of the US48 pay the exact cost of shipping.
- NOTE FOR CANADIAN ORDERS: When ordering on-line our website applies an average shipping cost for the shipping method you choose. We will adjust the cost before your credit card is charged.

- OUTSIDE THE USA -- FREE Shipping on package orders is not available outside of the US48. You pay the exact cost of shipping your Air Package. Since exact cost cannot be determined until your order is ready for shipment and shipping cost vary greatly by destination and weight, the charges shown in the table below and on your invoice represent the "Average Cost" of shipping a sample package using the service you select. Your credit card will be charged exact cost of shipping your order. If your cost exceeds the "average" by more than 15% you will be contacted via e-mail to approve the shipping charges.
Use of Products
- All of our products are designed for use in the United States. It is your responsibility to use them in compliance with all local laws. Some restrictions may apply. Not all items can be shipped by all methods or to all addresses.
Reporting Damaged Goods or Lost Shipments
- DAMAGED shipments and/or packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are available within 30 days of the invoice date for credit to your account, exchanges, or adjustment. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee unless product is faulty under warranty specifications. After this date the manufacturers' warranty applies.
