Hockey Tarp Installation Over Garage Door Opening1. Center the shooting tarp over the garage door opening. Attach the hockey shooting tarp to the top trim board and into the frame of the garage door opening use 2-1/2" or 3" exterior wood screws with washers.
2. ** Ensure the bungee cords are placed on the 2nd, 4th, 6th, and 8th grommets. Start from the left side of the tarp.

3. After hockey tarp is installed insert a 16' wooden closet dowel (not included!!) into the bottom of the tarp. This will help stop hockey pucks from sliding under the shooting tarp.
Hockey Shooting Tarp Installation in a Building or Basement1. Hockey Tarps can be hung from the ceiling rafters (garage) or floor joists (basement).
2. Use a 2 X 4 (not included) that is as long as the width of the tarp. Attach the hockey tarp to the 2 X 4 on the 4" (actually 3-1/2") side with 1-1/4" screws and washers inserted into the 9 metal grommets.
3. ** Ensure the bungee cords are placed on the 2nd, 4th, 6th, and 8th grommets. Start from the left side of the tarp.
4. Install 2 eye or hook screws (not included) into the 2" (actually 1-1/2" side of the 2 X 4. Install the hooks or eyes at the ends of the 2 X 4. Hooks should be installed so the they point towards the ceiling when the tarp is hanging.
5. Place 2 eye or hook screws into the ceiling rafters (garage) or floor joists (basement). Make sure the hooks are placed the same distance apart as the hooks in the 2 X 4 that the tarp is attached to.
6. Use a rope, chain, or heavy duty bungee cord (not included) to link the ceiling hooks to the 2 X 4 hooks. The total weight of the installed hockey tarp is 43 lbs so ensure you use a strong linking mechanism.
