Overspeed improves stride rate and length, arm swing and acceleration by pulling the athlete at a faster than normal top speed pace. Two adjustable harnesses with a covered stretch tubing lead. Hook the 20' tube to secure object or partners waist belt, and attach othe end to your harness. Stretch the tube out to 30' length and have front person stretch the tube until resistance "slingshots" the partner forward at a fast speed.
